Cuffing Confidently: Navigating Dating and Disclosure with Grace

Hey Darlings,

I am LáDeia Joyce, the workshop creator, facilitator, and your sista on this transformative journey. As a Black woman of influence thriving with an HIV diagnosis, I understand all too well the unique nuances we encounter while navigating the dating world.

I passionately created the Cuffing Confidently: Navigating Dating and Disclosure with Grace workshop after engaging with countless women over the past six years who have been diagnosed with a long term STD and asked me:

"HOW?"

"LáDeia, HOW do you date?"

"How are you not only dating but doing it happily?"

"How do you disclose?"

These questions echoed in my mind, and it became clear that there was a need for a brave, safe, and supportive space where Black women living with these diagnoses could find answers, support, and empowerment. I aimed to create a workshop that not only addresses these questions but also provides a roadmap to navigate dating, disclosure, and relationships with authenticity and confidence.

Cuffing Confidently: Navigating Dating and Disclosure with Grace is the culmination of my personal journey, experiences, and the collective wisdom of community. It's a place where we break down the barriers of stigma, embrace our full selves with pride, and lay the foundation to create and cultivate beautiful love lives.

This workshop is exclusively designed for Black women living with a long term diagnosis, such as HIV,  AIDS or herpes, who are ready to:

• Celebrate their full selves
• Navigate dating and disclosure with confidence
• Build healthy relationships
• Prioritize pleasurable sexual wellness
• Connect and learn with a community of women who understand your journey
